LoveBox Products & Apparel is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks is your mailing address addressed as from "Shipping Dpt".  The name Badd Company does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.

LoveBox Toys uses up-to-date technology to protect your credit card information. All personal information is stored on a secure server. All of your ordering information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard security protocol. Badd Company also uses the Secure Site Certificate service which together with SSL, enables a "secure pipe" between your browser and the ShopBadd.com server on pages where there is transfer of customer information, so that information traveling between your computer and our servers is always secure.

United States Shipping

We strive to ship all orders same day received before 1:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. Back orders are shipped per your instructions. Orders are shipped from our Warehouse located in Broomfield, Colorado. Orders are shipped based on your selection at checkout. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and C.O.D. fees if applicable.

Damaged Products / Shortages

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or shortages must be reported to The LoveBox within 48 hours from the receipt of goods. A claims form is included with each packing slip.

If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact your sales representative with the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you.

Returns

We will accept unused product with return authorization approval number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting us by email first. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 30 days of sale.

 

 

Shipping Rates:

We offer both Fed Ex, UPS and USPS for our shipping methods. Our Standard shipping method is generally shipped via UPS SurePost. This method has UPS pick up the order from our warehouse, then they deliver it to the local post office, USPS, who then completes the delivery. UPS Ground and 2nd Day are shipped out via UPS. See our shipping rates below.

High value orders over $250 will ship via UPS and will be billed at UPS Ground Rates.

UPS Shipping:
UPS shipping options are billed at actual UPS rates plus $2.45 for packaging and handling.

International Rates:
We use UPS International Shipping. Our rates are pulled directly from UPS's system in real time less 55% Off for our customers.

Customs and Brokerage Fees:
Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees or tarriffs for international shipments. Such fees are variable and you should contact your country's customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment. Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these types of fees and charges

Domestic Shipping Information

In most cases orders are processed to be shipped on the very same day if the order is placed before 2:45pm (ET). 

Standard Shipping
Delivered in the eastern United States in 4-7 business days.
Delivered in the western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories in 8-12 business days. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited
Delivered in the western United States within 3-5 business days.
Place your order before 2:45pm (ET) Monday through Friday, and we will process your order that same day. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service.

UPS 2-Day
Delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territory in 2 business days.
If you place your order after the 2:45pm (ET) deadline or on a non-business day, we will process it and ship it on the next business day. For instance, Sunday orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Wednesday.

UPS Overnight
Delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territory in 1 business day via UPS.
If you place your order after the 2:45pm (ET) deadline or on a non-business day, we will process it and ship it on the next business day. For instance, Sunday orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday.

UPS Overnight with Saturday Delivery
Saturday Delivery is available for home delivery in select areas. Additional shipping charges will apply. The Saturday delivery option will appear during the checkout process starting at 3:30pm (ET) Thursday until 2:45pm (ET) on Friday and if available to the location of your delivery address. Availabilty dates and times are subject to change based on holidays.

UPS 2-Day and Overnight Exceptions
UPS does not pick up or deliver on US holidays which might delay your order. This will be noted when you checkout and in your online order status.

UPS only delivers to street addresses and not PO/APO/FPO addresses. We offer Postal Priority and Express solely for our customers with PO Boxes to help expedite delivery.

UPS requires signature of your order includes an item priced $149 or more and on orders that exceed $250.

International Shipping Information

Shipping rates can vary by country.  During checkout, you will see the specific shipping rates for your order before you place it. We are not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

DHL Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 3 to 10 business days. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt. Limited tracking.

DHL Priority Delivery
Estimated delivery: 3 to 10 business days. Duties and taxes included. Door to door tracking.

DHL Express Delivery
Estimated delivery:  2 to 4 business days.  Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt.  Door to door tracking. 

Shipping Exceptions
International orders might be delayed while they clear customs. DHL, and other carriers do not pick up or deliver on US holidays, which might delay your order. This will be noted when you checkout and in your online order status.


Shipping To Military Addresses

All U.S. military personnel are considered to reside in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed, for shipping purposes. Because of this standard, there are certain special guidelines you must follow to deliver an order to a military address.

• Address the package like normal with the recipient’s name and other information.
• Instead of city, select either APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office).
• Instead of state, select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe & Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
• Enter the zip code provided by the military.
• For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Because of military guidelines, we have to ship your order via the United States Postal Service.


Back-ordered Items & Shipping Policies

If one of your items is back-ordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra. We cannot ship free or back-ordered items by express mail. This is noted in your Order Status online. If you choose an express delivery option and none of the items in your order was shipped via that method, then we will refund you the difference.
